This spirit came to life as F&S Global Group of Companies embarked on a memorable staff retreat to the breathtaking Kaghan Valley and Naran, organized and managed by North Face Adventure (NFA).
The retreat brought together colleagues from across the group for three days filled with mountain landscapes, laughter, adventure, team bonding, and a special celebration of Pakistan’s Independence Day.

What made the retreat even more special was celebrating 14 August surrounded by the spectacular beauty of Naran.
With the mountains as our backdrop, the team came together to celebrate Pakistan’s Independence Day with pride and enthusiasm. From green-and-white colors to group moments and celebrations, the occasion turned the retreat into a meaningful reminder of our shared identity and love for Pakistan.
Celebrating Independence Day away from the city, amidst the natural beauty of Kaghan Valley, created an atmosphere that was both refreshing and unforgettable.

The Kaghan Valley is known for its majestic mountains, lush landscapes, winding roads, rivers, and breathtaking views—and the F&S team had the opportunity to experience this natural beauty together.
From enjoying the scenic journey to spending quality time with colleagues, every part of the trip offered a chance to step away from the routine of office life and reconnect in a completely different environment.
Naran provided the perfect setting for the retreat, combining adventure and relaxation with some of Pakistan’s most beautiful mountain scenery.
