Refund Policy

At North Face Adventure, we strive to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. However, we understand that plans can change, and we offer the following refund policy:

  1. Cancellation by Customer:
    • More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund minus a small processing fee.
    • 15 to 30 days before the tour: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
    • No-show or failure to attend: No refund.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
  3. Special Circumstances:
    • In cases of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, including rescheduling the tour or offering a partial refund where applicable.
  4. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Any additional services such as transportation, meals, or activities booked separately are subject to the provider’s individual refund policies and may not be refundable.
