March Expedition: Islamabad–Murree–Peshawar Tour

Embark on a scenic 10-day journey through Islamabad, Murree’s hill stations, and the vibrant heritage of Peshawar. From cultural landmarks and Gandhara history to eco-adventure hikes and charming bazaars, this expedition blends heritage, nature, and authentic local experiences across northern Pakistan.

Day 01: Arrival in Islamabad

Arrival, hotel check-in, orientation drive, visit Faisal Mosque & Daman-e-Koh, dinner at Monal.
Overnight in Islamabad.

Visit Lok Virsa, Pakistan Monument, Rawal Lake, Saidpur Village, and optional shopping.
Overnight in Islamabad.

Drive to Murree via Patriata chairlift/cable car. Evening walk on Mall Road.
Overnight in Murree.

Explore Ayubia National Park, short hike, chairlift, Nathia Gali lunch & scenic viewpoints.
Overnight in Murree.

Scenic drive to Peshawar with valley views and photography stops.
Overnight in Peshawar.

Excursion to Jamrud Fort and historic Khyber Pass with cultural storytelling.
Overnight in Peshawar.

Visit Taxila Museum & ancient Gandhara ruins. Continue to Islamabad.
Overnight in Islamabad.

Guided eco-hike on Trail 5, picnic lunch, and free time for crafts/shopping.
Overnight in Islamabad.

Airport transfer and end of tour.

  • Basic first aid basic medicine
  • Water bottle (normal 1.5 L bottle)
  • Sun glasses, Sun Block cream and Lotion.
  • Tissue rolls, Tooth Brush, Toothpaste, Soap and Shampoo.
  • Hand lamp torch, camera with extra batteries.
  • CNIC (Very important).

  • Immoral conduct or misbehavior with organizers, team members, or participants is strictly prohibited.

  • Smoking in the transport vehicle is strictly not allowed under any circumstances.

  • Females should be given special respect and privacy at all times.

  • Local norms and traditions must always be respected.

  • Members will be held accountable for any litter they produce. Please act responsibly and show signs of being educated.

  • Environmental care is mandatory. No garbage should be disposed of irresponsibly. Keep wrappers and empty bottles with you and dispose of them properly.

  • For group bookings, payment will be collected based on the number of people confirmed by the group’s focal person.

  • Anyone unable to attend the trip will still be charged in full.
