Rati Gali Trek

Ratti Gali Lake is a beautiful high-altitude lake in the Neelum Valley of Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. The lake is surrounded by lush green mountains and is a popular spot for picnics and camping. Visitors can also enjoy hiking, fishing, and boating in the area.

• Drive From Islamabad to Rati Gali via via Hazara Motorway/M-15 and Mansehra – Naran – Jalkhad – Chilas Rd/N-15 11 hr 23 min (406 km)
• Reached Keran.
• Night stay.

Day 2

• Drive from Keran to Rati Gali
• Jeep Ride from Dowarian to Base Camp Area
• The next stop after Kieran is Dowarian, where a Jeep journey starts. To get to this fantastic location, Dowarian drove for about an hour. The panorama is gorgeous because the mountains become more beautiful the further one climbs. The distance from Kieran to Ratti Gali Lake is around 45 kilometres.

Day 3

• Some free time at Ratti Gali before the breakfast enjoy the sunrising view on the mountains and green lush meadows and on glittering lake water.

• Ratti Gali Lake Waterfall
• The Ratti Gali Lake waterfall is located at the end of Ratti Gali Lake and is a fantastic sight to witness. The waterfall is about 3 kilometres from the main road and can be reached after a short walk from the lake. The walk is challenging as you have to cross a small stream. Be careful as the rocks are slippery and the area is full of water during the rainy season.
• Hike back towards hiking point (3-4hrs)

Day 4

• Breakfast at Sharda
• Drive towards Kel

Nevertheless, spending even one night here will be memorable, especially under a full moon!
